Who We Are

Joe Adwon was born and raised in Tulsa. A graduate of the University of Tulsa in 1971. His work has varied from zoning to contract developer. He was licensed as a sales associate in 1972 working as an assistant for real estate investors developing Wendy’s. He managed a family business doing leasing, management, financing and accounting. Working as a broker doing site acquisitions for Ward’s Cut Rate Drugs in the Tulsa market and several freestanding site acquisitions for McDonalds; QuikTrip; and Pep Boys. He created investment entities to develop and redevelop value added properties for long term ownership. As well as several freestanding sites some noticeable brokerage in Tulsa were Embassy Suites, The Hilton Hotel acquisition of Yale Bowl, QuikTrip acquisition of the Camelot Hotel.

Grew up in Houston, Texas – graduated from Mirabeau Lamar High School in 1970. Attended University of Tulsa (class of 1974) with a major in Advertising/Public Relations. Worked for Sooner Federal Savings and Loan while at TU then for about another year after getting out. Have approximately 45 years experience in banking, about 20 years with Arvest Bank as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. Have extensive knowledge/experience in residential development, construction, commercial development, construction and long term financing. My wife, Eva, and I have been married for 47 years and have two sons – Rob, 46 and Will 43.
